Corporate Kicks is a trading name of Cosgrove Creative Pty Ltd (ABN 47 620 539 362). We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can access or correct it.

1. What we collect

We only collect what we need to quote, make and deliver your order. This may include:

• your name, company, job title, email address and phone number;
• billing and delivery addresses, including recipient lists you send us for individual delivery;
• order details such as shoe styles, sizes, names to print and design notes;
• logos, brand guidelines and other files you upload or send us;
• messages you send us by email, phone, our forms or our website chat;
• basic technical information when you visit our website, such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you design shoes or request a quote on our website, place an order, fill in a form, use our website chat, email or call us, or use a branded ordering portal set up for your organisation. If your employer or another person orders shoes for you, they may give us your name, size and delivery details.

3. Why we use it

We use your personal information to:

• prepare quotes, design concepts and invoices;
• make, pack and deliver your order and keep you updated on it;
• answer your questions and provide customer support;
• manage branded ordering portals for organisations;
• improve our website, products and service;
• send you updates or offers, but only where you would reasonably expect them or have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

• Payments: Square processes card payments. We don’t see or store your full card details.
• Delivery: Shippit and the couriers it uses (such as Australia Post, StarTrack and others) receive delivery names, addresses and phone numbers.
• Website and email: our web hosting provider and Google Workspace for email.
• Analytics: Google Analytics helps us understand how our website is used.
• Website chat: our chat helper is an automated assistant powered by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic. Messages you type into the chat are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Please don’t share payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.
• Your organisation: for portal or bulk orders, order details may be shared with the organisation that arranged the order.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies to keep your cart and account working, remember your settings and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly without them.

6. Logos and artwork

We use the logos and brand files you send us only to design and make your order, and to keep a record of it for reorders. We only show your logo or finished shoes in our portfolio or on social media with your permission.

7. Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including secure (HTTPS) connections, password-protected systems and limited staff access. We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax records). Website chat conversations are kept for up to 90 days.

8. Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@corporatekicks.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
